Johanna Dietrich is a respected user experience and management consultant who helps clients navigate the waters of digital transformation from research and visioning through strategy and design.

With 20 years’ experience, Johanna approaches her clients’ organizational problems with a critical eye, asking the right questions to tease out core issues, and facilitating the right conversations with the right groups of people in order to enable digital-first organizational change.
