    Admission and Costs

    To live in The Chateau or The Manor, residents must purchase a Life Lease unit. According to the consolidated Life Lease Agreement, St. Volodymyr Corporation guarantees to buy back the unit at appraised value, less redemption and reclamation costs, when the lease is terminated.

    Unit Prices:

    Since prices of individual units are based on the appraised market value at the time of resale, it is difficult to provide an exact price. Values are obtained by an economic analysis of recent sales of similar such properties. The appraisal is developed in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

    Occupancy Costs:

    • Fees are paid monthly by automatic debit to St. Volodymyr.
    • Fees include building & grounds maintenance, building insurance, heat & water, security, amenities & services, property management, and funds for a capital reserve.
    • Depending on the unit, the fees range from $210 to $235 per month.

    Property Taxes:

    • Taxes are paid monthly by automatic debit to St. Volodymyr.
    • Depending on the unit, taxes range from $170 to $270 per month.
