  • The Terrace is home to approximately 40 residents who receive a combination of housing and personalized support services designed to meet the individual needs of those who need with activities of daily living, but do not need the skilled medical care provided in a nursing home.
    The features of each suite include:
    • a kitchen with microwave and small fridge
    • window coverings
    • a living room, bathroom, and bedroom
    • complimentary centralized laundry on each floor
    • cable television hook-up available
    Residents of The Terrace are also provided:
    • three meals a day
    • housekeeping service
    • linen laundry service (bedding and towels)
    • access to the Wellness Centre
    • staff on-site 24 hours per day
    • medication supervision if requested
    • pastoral care/religious services
    • use of all common areas in the Terrace
    • access to and use of common areas and facilities in the Villa
    There are two unit sizes; a one-bedroom suite is 535 sq ft. and a modified one-bedroom suite is 420 sq ft.

    Admission and Costs

    There is a waiting list for residence in the Terrace. Applications by prospective residents are dated upon receipt; this places the residents on the waiting list in order of receipt.

    One-bedroom suite (535 sq ft)

  • $1,850/month (one resident), $2,550/month (two residents)

    Modified one-bedroom suite (420 sq ft)
  • $1,650/month (one resident), $2,350/month (two residents)


    The monthly fee includes rent, electricity, water, heat, use of laundry equipment and three daily meals.

    Restrictions

    The Terrace is a smoke-free facility. No pets are allowed. The minimum age is 60 and residents must be able to look after their basic personal needs.
